OSI INDUSTRIES DIVERSIFICATION, CONSOLIDATION AND EXPANSION INTERNATIONALLY

The most recent decade OSI has kept on growing into a value-added product of protein leader, to pizza from sausage and hamburger patties, OSI Industries has spread in new regions, both figuratively and literally. International extension, particularly in Europe, has proceeded at a high rate. A more extensive scope of items has gone under the banner of OSI, involving even non-meat products. Joel Friant and His Popular Habanero Shaker

Joel Friant is an entrepreneur who has developed a number of creations, the most prominent and well known being the Original Habanero Shaker.

Joel began his career as a real estate agent and a home remodeler. In 1995, he left the real estate business and entered the restaurant business. He opened the countries first ever Thai based fast food restaurant. This is where he got the title “The Thai Guy.”

During his time running the Thai restaurant, Joel discovered the Habanero pepper and fell in love. This pepper passion led him to develop The Original Habanero Shaker. This product was quickly picked up by large Washington State grocery stores.

The Original Habanero Shaker, developed by Joel, features custom flaked dried habanero chili pepper. The habanero is reportedly 30 times hotter than a jalapeno, but when it is enjoyed in the flake form, as found in the Original Habanero Shaker, it isn’t too hot to enjoy.

The Habanero Shaker uses quality habaneros to produce a smoking and flavorful topping that people have been enjoying since the product was introduced in 1995.

After the success of the Habanero shaker, Joel moved back to the real estate business, this time buying, remodeling, and selling houses. He used his real estate experience to help his friends and others to buy homes. Joel began learning about real estate mortgages and quickly became the top salesperson in his office. He then opened an innovative mortgage lending office.

When the 2008 financial crisis struck, Joel began to study the science of success. He looked at why some people become successful and others don’t. Joel developed a concept called The Income Thermostat and began sharing his ideas about success with other people. He published several articles and spoke at a few seminars on this subject.

Currently, Joel trains people how to utilize crypto-currency and blockchain managing methods. He also continues to oversee the growth of the Original Habanero Shaker.
